Brody Tennessee Treeing Brindle Mix Fort Worth, TX

Brody is truly the epitome of a good boy! This 4 year old brown-eyed brindle is extremely well behaved: he’s calm, loving, appropriately playful, walks well on a leash, and loves other dogs. Brody is house trained, kennel trained, and rarely jumps. He’s great with calmer kids too! At 46 lbs, Brody is the ideal medium-sized, low-medium energy dog. He loves car rides, snuggling with his human, and napping in the sun. His gorgeous coloring attracts the compliments of bystanders in the street, and he loves to meet and be pet by new people. He is a total goofball and loves to "walk 'n roll" on his walks: diving into the blades of grass and rolling in the sun. For 372 days, Brody sat day after day in a shelter outside of Houston. He waited and waited for his forever home for over a year, never losing his sweet demeanor or dog friendliness. He waited until his time was up and he went last call for length of stay. Unthinkable. Our rescue community came together, and Brody is now a part of the Code Red Animal Project Inc. family. He is currently undergoing treatment for heartworms, and is up to date on all vaccines and is neutered.
