Brodiaea's Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Hi everyone, my name is Brodi! Well, technically my given name is Brodiaea, but I’m not sure how to pronounce that. I also answer to Good Boy and Little Man. I have been told that I am about 5 months old and I currently weigh 30 pounds, though I’ll probably grow to be around 60.

My foster parents don’t know what breed I am. Most likely I’m a whole bunch! Whatever my breed, I must have hit the genetic lottery because, in addition to being so handsome, I’m also SUCH a good boy. My foster parents say I’m the easiest puppy they’ve ever had!
I have an awesome personality, I love everyone I meet (both dogs and humans) and I really like to play. They also say my energy level is perfect because even though I like to play and be silly, I also really like nap time and spend about half the day just chillin’. I’m the best of both worlds!

I have started training and I’m super smart so I have already learned to sit, lay down, go in my kennel, look at you when you say “watch me”, come when called, and I’m working really hard on “leave it” and “stay”. It has been very easy to train me so far, and I would really like it if my forever family could do more training with me. I sleep through the night in my crate, I'm very calm and well behaved on car rides, and I'm making great progress with potty training. I have other dog siblings in my foster home and I really like to run and play with them. Walks are really fun, too! It is super exciting when the leashes come out and I can’t help but bounce all over the place in excitement. Leash skills are also something that I am picking up quickly, and with more practice, I know I will master it.
I have not met any cats yet but I’ve met the chickens at my foster parents’ house. They are a bit scary and I don’t want to get too close to them. I don’t think I have much of a prey drive so I’m probably a good candidate for learning to live with other small animals, especially with your guidance.

I would really love to meet you!
