He’s happiest when he can crawl into your lap for kisses and soak up all the love you’re willing to give. This gentle guy walks beautifully on leash and enjoys his strolls, though he can get a little excited when he spots other dogs. Brock would do well in a home with kids, but smaller children might get toppled during his zoomie bursts, He’s got a lot of love and a lot of momentum! He has an over the top play style and would do best with dogs who match his energy or are willing to correct his behavior. <br/><br/>Cats - Given his bouncy personality, we think Brock would need an experienced owner who can work with him on appropriate behavior with cats (ie. the cat is not a toy) and would require a slow introduction and plenty of safe spaces for any cats in the home.<br/><br/>Our adoption fees vary, Shelter Dogs are $180, Prison Dogs are $250, Puppies are $300, and Popular Pure-Breeds are $400. The price includes: a Home Again Microchip, set of shots, de-worming, heartworm testing (if old enough), spay or neuter, and a 1 year rabies shot (if old enough). All dogs adopted must leave with a county license at an additional cost of $21, this fee is cash only. Adoption fees can be done using credit card or cash.
