She takes her time opening up, but once she knows she is safe, a switch flips—she adapts beautifully and becomes an absolute cuddle bug. What Brittany needs to thrive: A Patient, Quiet Household: A calm environment where she can decompress at her own pace. A Confident K9 Buddy: She would love a home with another social, friendly dog to show her the ropes and play with. Pet Tender Angels Rescue and Rehabilition's Adoption Policy
We require an application or phone interview(if you can not get on a computer) before making an appointment to come visit the shelter. The application does not obligate you to anything but gives us a little better information as to what would be a good match for you and provides us with contact information in the event of a change to appointment. Once you have met the dog and want to pursue...we will do a wellness visit with the dog at our vet and schedule a homevisit where we will bring the dog to your home to meet any other pets in the home and to see how the dog does in your environment to give you better insite into what you will be working with. If the homevisit goes well, the adoption is finalized.
