Brigita's Story

Meet Brigita 💛

Brigita is an approximately 4–5-month-old mixed breed puppy who currently weighs around 20 pounds. She has the perfect mix of playful puppy energy and a sweet, easygoing personality. Once she feels comfortable, she absolutely loves being close to her people and quickly turns into your little shadow.

She can be a bit shy when meeting new people at first, but it doesn’t take long before her goofy, loving personality starts to shine through. Brigita is very smart, eager to learn, and already picking up on routines quickly. She’s learning her basic manners, takes treats gently, and is doing wonderfully with both crate training and potty training for such a young puppy.

Like any puppy her age, Brigita is still learning about the world around her. She will need a family willing to continue guiding her with patience, kindness, consistency, and realistic expectations. Puppies are babies — they don’t come pre-trained — but with structure and love, they grow into incredible companions.

She gets along well with other dogs and would likely do well in many different types of homes as long as her family understands that raising a puppy takes time, patience, and commitment.

Brigita is fully vetted for her age and available for foster-to-adopt or adoption through South Paw Conservation Association.

Please email southpawconservationns@gmail.com for more information or to apply.
