Briggs's Story

Briggs was pulled into our rescue be night before he was supposed to be euthanized. His time was up at the shelter he was in. A perfectly healthy dog that due to animal overpopulation and slow adoptions had run out of time. It happens every single day. Briggs was one of the lucky ones.

Briggs is smart. Very, very smart.
He has impeccable recall and is ecollar trained for any unwanted behavior. He’s doing great here and making fiends with the other dogs. Briggs needs a human who keeps him in line, gets him out and lets him get that energy out.
Briggs is mildly food aggressive and prefers to be left alone by other dogs and people while he eats. I can’t really say I blame him. None of us want dogs or people in our faces while we are trying to eat. Why should they?
This boy comes neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations and dewormed. He is also house and crate trained. Someone gave this boy excellent skills.

Briggs has grown leaps and bounds here in rescue and would really love a home of his own.
