Meet Brie! Brie is about 4 years old and 43 pounds, though her age is our best estimate since her exact birthday is a bit of a mystery. She’s a loving, quirky girl with plenty of energy outside and a surprisingly chill side once she’s back home.<br/><br/>She loves people and warms up quickly to new guests, usually saying hello, asking for a little attention, and then happily settling nearby. She’s still building confidence with new dogs and the busier outside world, but she’s already making great progress.<br/><br/>Brie is potty trained, walks nicely on leash, and can relax comfortably when left alone for a few hours. She does have one very funny habit: she likes to “redecorate.” A shoe may suddenly appear in a different corner or a grocery bag might end up on the couch, but she isn’t destructive and doesn’t chew them up. She simply has opinions about where things belong.<br/><br/>She has a good amount of energy and would love an adopter who enjoys getting outside for walks, runs, and adventures. Once she’s gotten that energy out, though, Brie is very happy to relax at home with a bone or curl up close to her person.<br/><br/>She’s incredibly affectionate and loves resting her head right in your lap for head and neck scratches. She’s also a great car passenger, so she’d be a fun companion for someone who likes bringing their dog along for the ride.<br/><br/>Brie has a big heart, a little bit of a goofy streak, and a lot of love to give.
