Bridgette's Story

ATTENTION: All of our dogs are in private foster homes. We do NOT have a kennel with multiple dogs. If you find a dog you want to meet in person, please go to www.secondchancedogrescue.org and complete an application. We will make every attempt to process all applications within 3 business days of receipt.

// // Meet Bridgette! Bridgette is a 1.5-year-old, 35-pound Lab mix with a heart as gentle as her sweet little face. She’s very shy and timid, and the outside world can feel a bit scary for her, so she’s looking for a calm, understanding family who can help her build confidence at her own pace. Bridgette is an indoor girl through and through. She’s potty-trained using pads, loves long naps, and enjoys quietly chewing on her toys while watching movies. At home she keeps to herself, moves softly through the day, and happily accepts any treats that come her way. Because she’s so sensitive and easily overwhelmed, Bridgette would do best as the only dog in a peaceful home. She needs a very patient, caring family who can offer her the safety, love, and reassurance she deserves. If you have a quiet home and a big heart for shy pups, Bridgette may be the perfect companion to blossom by your side. She is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and ready to find her forever family. Her adoption fee is $300.

All Second Chance Dog Rescue dogs are spayed/neutered, are up to date on vaccines and have microchips prior to adoption.

Adoption fees vary depending on age of dog.
