Brick's Story
Brick (69 lbs) joins us here, due to his family realizing that such a young, exuberant young dog needed more exercise than they were able to give him. He came with a very loving note about what a sweet young dog he is, though he appreciates being able to get to know you at his own pace. His ears and feet can be a little sensitive for him, so he's extra appreciative of people respecting those boundaries for him. He's an avid fan of sturdy chewing toys and sneaky treats in a puzzle toy, though rainstorms are a big and scary time for him (which, to be fair, is very relatable). He's not had much experience with cats or younger children in his home, though he may do well with another patient, calm dog. We'll set up a separate meeting for him with your dog/s, after you've had a chance to become acquainted with him!

Come in to say hello during our open hours Wed - Sundays, 12pm - 4:30pm (extended hours until 6:30pm Thursdays), or you can also reach our adoptions team:
by email: adoptions@spcaonline.com
by phone (during open hours): 607-257-1822 x221
