Briar and his six brothers and sisters were found in some shrubs hiding in a park in Texarkana, Arkansas starving, and scared to death. There was no mother dog, so the dominant breed is based on the physical characteristics since it’s all we have to go on.<br/>Briar has a wonderful temperament. His brother has already been adopted and transported and he was a wonderful traveler. He did not show any signs of being anxious or nervous and he never barked or whined. Once a month, we transport all pre adopted dogs and puppies to the following cities because all of the shelters in our area are kill shelters, so we try to save all that we can by getting them adopted and transporting them to their new homes.
