Meet Brenda a 2 year old - 50 pounds Aussie who is a curious and gentle soul who's ready to explore the world with a patient and loving adopter. <br/>Brenda had a rough start in life, having been dumped at a vet in the middle of the night in Flint, but she's ready to leave that behind and find her forever home. <br/><br/>She may be a bit independent, but that's only because she's learning what it means to be a beloved family member. With a little time and patience, Brenda comes out of her shell, rolling over for belly rubs, enjoying walks and playtime in the yard. <br/>She's loyal to those who earn her trust and is always up for a game of "run along the fence" with her doggy neighbors. She may do well with a social, friendly male with buddy walks and baby gate intros. <br/>Brenda is curious about the world and needs an adopter who understands her unique history and is willing to help her continue to grow and blossom. <br/><br/>She NEEDS A PATIENT adopter. It took 3 months to get to where she is now. Brenda will need several meets at her foster home (Emmett, MI) & several meets at your home.
