Bree's Story

Apply to Adopt Me!
Meet Bree! A sweet soul with a touch of spunk. Bree loves nothing more than calmly sitting with you while you work, read, watch TV or play video games. She gets the wiggles at the sight of food, and does not discriminate against any treats. She is a true lover girl that loves love. This approx. 7-8yo, 41lb. girl is a lower energy companion but still enjoys a good game of fetch. If you're lucky, you'll get to see her leap for joy when she runs. Bree is an all-star walker who takes in stride being the front of a parade, with zero stage fright or reactivity of other dogs in the distance. She is crate-trained, will sleep through the night and is house trained. She sleeps quietly during car rides and is the perfect companion. Bree has low vision so sometimes she stumbles a little if she gets excited and moves too quickly. This just adds to her quiet charm. She isn't a vocal one, and does well crated while the humans are away. She can be a chewer on things left around her if she's alone too long, so crating while away is recommended. Bree enjoys chew bones but will destroy and may ingest stuffies, so those are a no-no. It is clear Bree has a rough history, she was emaciated, covered in scars and seems nervous around bigger dogs. This means she prefers smaller dogs who are submissive and have a low-energy personality. She is always ready to greet all humans with kisses!! Adopt Bree and wake up every morning to flexible yoga stretching, kisses and warm companionship.

Her peer reviews are in: "The amount that she loves cuddles should not be understated. She leans into you with so much warmth that you don't want to leave her side." -Foster Dad

"She is perfect " - Family friend

"Such a sweet angel who you just wanted to cuddle with. She’s got a lot of love to give!" -Family

"Oh wow, holy kisses." -Foster Uncle

If you live in the Central Florida area and believe you have the perfect home awaiting Bree, complete an app and tell us more about your family.
