Hello folks. I’m Bowser the Doodle. What kind of Doodle, we dunno, but I definitely have mostly Poodle in my DNA. I am a tall, dark and exceptionally handsome three-year-old boy. I was surrendered to a local shelter because my family could no longer care for me. They loved me and got me a fresh groom and haircut before they dropped me off at the shelter. They wanted me to make a good first impression on my new humans and I appreciate that. <br/><br/>I am a gentle and kindhearted boy. I lean up against you when you pet me, soaking up your attention and love. Today I met several dogs of various sizes and I interacted well with them all. I also met some kitties and did fine with them. I have nice leash manners and I sit on command. I am skinny right now, only 50 pounds, but the vet says I should be at least 60. With proper care and feeding I should be back at my optimal weight very soon. I am crate-trained and seemingly housebroken though some accidents are to be expected in a new, unfamiliar environment.
