Bowrider's Story
Those puppy dog eyes! Bowrider is one seriously adorable little guy, and he’s hoping they’ll help him sail straight into his forever home. This 2.5 month old sweetheart came to us all the way from Underdog Rescue and Rehab in Moab, Utah, with his fellow “boats,” and he’s ready to see what adventures await him as a Colorado dog. Bowrider is a “Rez Dog” mystery mutt, and our current guess is that he may have some German Shepherd and possibly Australian Cattle Dog in his background.

Bowrider is a delightful combination of curious, goofy, and cuddly. He loves taking in the world around him, and once he starts feeling confident, his playful personality really begins to shine! He’s got the kind of sweet face that makes you want to say yes to just about anything, and we think he’ll make a wonderful companion for a family ready to help him grow into his own. From discovering new places to enjoying cozy downtime with his favorite humans, Bowrider is ready to experience all the good things that come with having a family of his own.

Like all puppies, Bowrider will need plenty of positive reinforcement based training, continued socialization, exercise, and enrichment to help him grow into a well-rounded adult. A little patience and lots of love will go a long way as he builds confidence and learns the ropes. If you’re looking for a playful little sidekick with an extra-sweet face, Bowrider is ready to climb aboard!
