Standing proud at 17.4 pounds, this two year old dad has been through a lot and has come out the other side with nothing but kindness to give. He arrived from another shelter with his little family in rough shape, riddled with mange and clearly needing a safe place to heal. Bowie is feeling better now, and you can literally see the good days returning as his coat grows back in.
