Bosley's Story
Meet Bosley

This under-a-year-old bully mix was found abandoned at our local shelter, and despite a rough start with humans, he is trying his very best to trust again.
Bosley bonds much more easily with women at first. With men, he needs patience, slow introductions, and understanding—he’s learning that not all humans will hurt him, but it will take time for him to believe it. He’s worth every ounce of that patience.

Bosley is a very typical young bully: mouthy when excited, goofy, physical in play, and absolutely full of potential. Because of this, we don’t recommend a home with young children. He needs structure, calm guidance, and someone experienced with high-energy, emotional bully breeds.

Bosley’s Ideal Home
• Adults only, or teens+
• No cats — he hasn’t been tested, but he’s exuberant and likely too much for them
• A confident, balanced dog could be a good match — he plays hard and needs dogs who can set boundaries
• An experienced owner who understands overstimulation, de-escalation, and bully breed behaviour
• Someone committed to training, routine, and daily exercise
• A home that will show him—slowly and consistently—that he is safe
Despite everything he’s been through, Bosley is a sweet, sensitive boy who desperately wants to be loved.
