Boskoe

Meet Boskoe! This fella is 4 years old (will be 5 in November) and in need of a home. He was left by a roommate with the person who’s been caring for him for most of his life, but they are no longer able to care for Boskoe. <br/><br/>I haven’t met Boskoe in person yet (he lives in Portland with his guardian), but am told he’s a playful boy who loves going for walks, chewing on sticks and pine cones, playing with toys (tug of war is a favorite game!), cudding, naps, looking out the window, car rides, and spending time with people. He can be a little fearful/frightened of new people that he hasn’t met and may bark at them, but I’m told he warms up quickly and enjoys attention from them.<br/><br/>Boskoe is house trained and has some obedience (sit, come, down) and is good on leash (although he’s afraid of bicycles that pass him). He is good with other dogs and likes to play but has not lived with a cat. He’s been exposed to livestock (goats, chickens) on visits to a family member’s home, and has been fine with them (curious about them). He hasn’t lived with children, but when he’s met kids he’s been gentle and curious.
