Bosco's Story

Meet Meet Bosco 🐾
Bosco came to us from a hoarding situation, where over 30 dogs were living in unsafe conditions and many tragically didn't survive.

Fortunately, this guy is safe now, fully out of danger, and ready to start fresh in a loving home. Bosco is resilient, but doesn't want to have to be anymore. He’s 9 months old and ready to just be a puppy instead of trying to fight to survive.

We're still getting to know him, but it's clear he desperately wants to be someone's loyal companion. After everything he's been through, he deserves peace, love, and a forever family to show him the good in life. If you have a little room in your home and heart, Bosco would love to curl up inside.

Helpless Hounds Dog Rescue's Adoption Policy
For a complete list of our adoption criteria, please visit: https://www.helplesshounds.com/faqs NOTE: You must complete and submit an application and be approved to adopt prior to being able to meet the dog. We are a RESCUE, which is different from a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We always try to select the right applicant for each dog, based on the dog’s needs and try to find the best match for both dog and human. We leave a dog’s profile online until either it has been adopted, or has received several applications. We are a non-profit organization that spends our adoption fees and donations on vaccinations, surgeries, various medical tests, medicines, food and supplies needed by our dogs. Our fees do not cover the overall expenses incurred by the care of our dogs, but they do help defray the costs involved. We thank you for your support.
