Meet Boots! <br/><br/>Boots is an adorable 1-year-old, 25 lb boy who is looking for a patient family to show him just how wonderful life can be. We don’t know much about his first year, but we do know that he’s a little shy and can get spooked by loud noises. He’s still learning to feel safe and comfortable in his surroundings.<br/><br/>Boots absolutely LOVES other dogs and would happily spend his days running around the yard and enjoying the outdoors with his canine friends. Because he gains so much confidence from being around other dogs, we feel he would do best in a home with at least one confident, friendly dog to help him continue coming out of his shell and learning that the world isn’t so scary.<br/><br/>Boots will need a quieter, patient home with people who understand that he may need some time to settle in and learn that he’s safe, loved, and no one is going to hurt him. <br/><br/>Boots is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm negative. We haven’t seen him around cats, so that’s still unknown.<br/><br/>If you’re looking for a sweet boy who just needs someone willing to give him time, patience, and a whole lot of love, Boots may be your guy!
