Hi I'm Boomer! I can have a lot to say at times, hence my name, but I can also be quiet when the siuation requires it. I may be a bit slow to warm up at first but once I get to know you I`m really a sweet boy who loves to play; From tennis balls to nylon hard chews, I`m a fan of it all. Being a chocolate lab I thrive on daily attention, exercise, mental stimulation, and would do best in a home where I can get these. I came to Big Lake Humane Society with some bad skin but with some fish based food and medicated baths my skin is looking much better! Docs think it was allergies that were left untreated since things have improved so much since I first walked through the doors. I have been around other dogs here at Big Lake and done well with them but I can sometimes have a hard time sharing attention so it would probably be best if I was the only dog in the home. My dream home would be lowkey, with room for me to wander or daily walks, and lots and lots of pets. I am up to date on vaccines, neutered, and microchipped so I'm ready for my forever home!
