In fact, being outside is one of his favorite things. Kennels and confinement make him nervous, and he tends to panic when locked up, so he'll do best in a home where he can enjoy some freedom and a predictable routine. He loves neck rubs and giving kisses to return the love. He has done well with other dogs, especially younger, easygoing dogs who aren't interested in bossing him around.
