Before rescue, he was injured in an accident where a couch fell on him. Sadly, the injury went untreated until animal control intervened and he was surrendered so he could finally receive veterinary care.<br/>The great news? Booker’s splint has officially been removed, and he has no activity restrictions. His leg has healed well and is not expected to have any long-term issues. He’s now free to do what puppies do best — play, explore, cuddle, and soak up all the love.<br/>Despite his rough start, Booker is a happy, affectionate, and playful puppy who never let his temporary setback slow him down. Out of state adopters are welcomed; however adopters must be willing to conduct video calls to complete home checks.
