Booger Chihuahua & Labradoodle Mix Seattle, WA

This delightful little butterball is Booger, also known as Boogie.

This cute little guy is 3 years old and 25lbs of spunky, adorable, low ridin' chunky love. Booger is a mixed breed dog with loads of personality. We aren't quite sure of his breed mix, but believe he is primary Lab, Chihuahua and a sprinkle of Dachshund or even Corgi. Whatever Booger is comprised of, there's a whole lot of cute going on!

Booger was found as a stray on the streets of Houston, Texas. This cute little guy was reportedly owned by a resident who was evicted, and left in a rush, leaving behind all 4 of their pets. The dogs were turned out into the street by the landlord, and have been hanging around for months in the area, being fed by neighbors. Slowly, the dogs started to disappear, being picked up by neighbors or rescues, until Booger was left all alone. Thankfully, he was rescued by one of our volunteers, who took the little guy home and fell in love with his sweet, silly personality.

Booger came to us full of parasites with missing patches of hair and a mild case of heartworms. Strangely enough, he was previously neutered, but had no microchip and not a single person sought to reclaim him. It's so sad, because this little guy is perfect! Booger was a little shy and nervous at first, but after a slow decompression, he personality really started to shine! He is house trained, kennel trained and friendly with other dogs.

Booger always looks concerned, with his cute little furrowed eyebrows, but he is actually a silly, funny little guy. He loves to zoom around your house and play bow. He is ready to be chased at any moment and play! Booger is exceptionally people friendly. He loves to approach you for snuggles, pets and adores kisses. This little man is super loving and gentle natured. Again, we want to emphasize how important it is to let this little guy decompress! He will be reserved and quiet the first few days, and may hide his food and wait until any humans are out of sight before munching on his kibble. This is just one of Boogie's many quirks that make him so loveable, but this little guy will soon open up with time and patience!

Booger is also good with other older, mellow dogs. Booger is a little bit of a grump and doesn't love high energy puppies. He often barks at them in disapproval, but has never shown any aggression whatsoever. This little man just prefers a quiet, chill environment where he can be the center of attention.

He is quite the parkour artist, loves to jump and zoom, around the house and off/on the bed, couch or furniture, but is very respectful if you tell him off or down. Booger is fully house broken, crate trained and is wonderful on a leash. He is a very easy going, super chill guy, who even eats laying down! Booger is also a pretty quite boy. The only time he "speaks" is when he's scolding rowdy puppies, or if you have missed his dinner time by a few minutes! Booger loves his food and demands his dinner on time, although he prefers to eat at his own leisure, usually while laying down.

Booger is neutered, fully vaccinated, heartworm negative and ready to find his forever home! This little dude has brought a lot of joy to our lives and hope he will do the same for you!
