Bonnie's Story

AN INQUIRY FROM PETFINDER IS NOT AN APPLICATION! READ THE ENTIRE POST FOR INFORMATION HOW TO APPLY.

Meet Bonnie! Bonnie is a 4 month old rat terrier/chihuahua/something really freaking cute mix and she currently weighs about 8 pounds. She is still growing and we are unable to predict her adult weight as we do not really know anything about her parents. If you need a pup to stay under a certain size, please know Bonnie is not the girl for you. Bonnie arrived in rescue after arriving at animal services and being really small with an upper respiratory infection. She has recovered well and thrived in her foster home and is ready to find a family to call her own! Her new family needs to be prepared for all things puppy, including house training, leash training, learning what to chew and not chew, and continued socialization. Her foster mom says: Bonnie is an energetic and playful pup. She enjoys running outside and playing with the other pups in her foster home. She does not like to share her food with other dogs so she would do best as the only dog in the home. Bonnie would love an active home where she could get all the attention and her people are up for all things puppy.

Bonnie is spayed, up to date on vaccines, on flea and heat worm prevention and microchipped.

Bonnie is fostered in the Orlando area and her adoption donation is $450. If you are interested in applying to adopt Bonnie, please visit www.floridalittledogrescue.com to read the adoption process and complete an application! Please note that emails simply asking "Is this dog available" will not be returned, as applications are worked in the order received and availability largely depends on when you apply:) Please also know we do not adopt out of state! Thank you!
