Bonnie and Clyde's Story

Meet Bonnie and Clyde! They are between the ages of 8-10 years old. Sorry for the delay in updating the infamous Bonnie and Clyde, but we have been busy figuring out Bonnie's skin issue. Bonnie has had further blood work and it has been determined that she has Cushing's Disease which is most likely the cause of her hair loss. Her skin has completely healed since coming into rescue and we should begin to see some hair growth. Since starting the medication a little over a week ago we have already noticed an improvement in Bonnie's overall well being. She will need to take this medication for the rest of her life. Clyde has been fully vetted and has no health issues. The two of them are always together and really are loyal partners but these two are too sweet to be committing any crimes! While Bonnie still needs to be spayed we would love for them to find their forever home now so they can settle in. Her spay will be done by Yorkies Inc in about a month, once we know she is on the correct dose of medication. We are looking for a foster to adopt home with Bonnie becoming a forever foster due to the expense of her medication and Clyde being adopted. If you think you are that home or would like more information please submit an application at yorkiesinc.com or write to Cathie@yorkiesinc.com
