Bobbi-COURTESY LISTING's Story
BOBBI IS A COURTESY LISTING AND IS NOT WITH HEART KITTEN. HEART IS JUST HELPING THE OWNER FIND A HOME FOR BOBBI. BOBBI IS LIVING WITH THE OWNER UNTIL A NEW HOME IS FOUND.

You can’t help but return her smile when Bobbi prances by.
Bobbi is a sweet 6-year-old female looking for her forever home. A year ago, she was surrendered to a shelter coming from a puppy mill, where she had been used for breeding. She has been living with her adoptive family for the past 10 months and has made great strides in her emotional healing.
• Full-grown golden-colored labradoodle. At 29 pounds, she is trim and fit and beautiful when in a sprint.
• Spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and current on flee/tick/heartworm oral medication.
• Suspected food allergies include poultry and perhaps eggs. She is not particularly food-motivated. She typically does not approach her food bowl until she is ready/hungry. She will eat another dog’s poop.
• She is leash-trained (preferring to walk on the left side) and quickly picks up on verbal commands.
• In the beginning, she regularly pooped and peed in the house overnight and learned to use a puppy pad. Since then, she is now well adjusted to performing those activities outside.
• She has not been crate-trained. Also, she is still somewhat nervous to go through doorways.
• She is cooperative to being picked up and carried or handled. She enjoys being groomed.
• She has a sweet disposition, but can be timid or fearful in new or uncomfortable situations. She has never shown any aggression. She appears wary and cautious around cats. We do not know how she is with children, but does best with gentle, patient care.
• She appears to be sensitive to loud noises. She barks when she is overly excited.
• She longs for a canine companion, someone to run and play with. We expect that having another dog in the family who is well-adjusted and emotionally healthy will help guide her continued healing and growth. We feel confident that with love and patience she will become a beloved member of your family.

There is no rehoming fee for Bobbi. If interested in potentially giving Bobbi a home, please go to www.heartrescueteam.com & submit an application.
