Bob Ross's Story
Bob Ross is a 3-month-old Chihuahua/Pomeranian mix currently living in a foster home, where he is developing as an active and curious young puppy. He has a more adventurous personality and shows a strong interest in exploring his surroundings. He spends much of his time running, playing, and chewing on toys, and especially enjoys being outside—whether he is exploring his environment or simply sitting and taking in the breeze. He loves playing with the other dogs in his foster home and often gets the zoomies when he is outside.

Bob Ross is comfortable being held but prefers to remain active, often choosing play and exploration over extended periods of rest. His curiosity and enthusiasm make him well-suited for an environment that can provide regular activity and stimulation.

Due to his activity level and need for safe space to explore, Bob Ross requires a securely fenced yard. He is a lively, inquisitive puppy with a strong drive for play and exploration.

We are the surviving 2, of a litter of 5. We kicked parvo ass and now we are healthy and ready to find the best homes. Born 12/26/25

Please visit www.handsheartspaws.org for an adoption application

All of our dogs are current on vaccinations, spayed/neutered, microchipped, fecal tested, heartworm tested, and they are all on heartworm and flea/tick preventative.

The adoption process is an application, a vet reference, a home visit, and a lifetime contract. The requested adoption donation for this dog is $450___.

We do not REQUIRE a fenced in yard (some dogs DO REQUIRE a fence. Decide what is best for each dog), we do REQUIRE a means of safe outside containment. We do NOT adopt to homes that use invisible fencing. Invisible fencing is NOT a safe means of outside containment.

We are willing to adopt out-of-state, contingent on our ability to complete a home visit, but you must travel to Omaha to complete the adoption. We do not transport or ship our dogs
