Bo's Story

Meet Bo

Bo has spent his entire life waiting for a family to call his own.

Rescued as a young puppy from Tijuana, Bo grew up in rescue alongside his siblings. He watched two of them leave for another rescue, and then recently celebrated as his sister Zara found her forever home. Now, Bo and his brother Luke are still waiting for their chance.

The good news? These boys have recently moved into a foster home and are making wonderful progress.

Bo is the more outgoing of the two brothers and is starting to discover just how nice life in a home can be. He lives with other dogs and cats and has done well with both. He's also begun seeking out affection from his foster mom, happily approaching her for pets and attention.

Like many dogs who haven't had much exposure to the world, Bo can still be cautious around new people. He's currently a little unsure of his foster dad and the child in the home, but every day he gains a little more confidence. With patience, consistency, and a family willing to continue showing him that people can be trusted, we think he's going to blossom into an amazing companion.

Bo is still very much a young dog—silly, playful, and occasionally goofy. He'll need someone willing to guide him, teach him, and help him continue learning about the world around him.

As for his breed? Your guess is as good as ours. What we do know is that this handsome tiger-striped boy turns heads wherever he goes.

Bo has spent his whole life waiting for someone to choose him. Could you be the one to show him what forever feels like?
