Bo's Story

Sometimes a wonderful adopter and a wonderful dog just aren’t right for each other. That’s what happened with our fun-size friend Bo here. He was adopted by someone who took him on snowbird adventures to warm places and loved him very much. But something just wasn’t right and now Bo is with us again looking for the perfect match.

Bo is almost 3 years old, about 8 pounds, and a good boy who loves his people. He loves his people a lot and gets very anxious when separated from them. His foster home has two resident dogs who have helped him immensely in this area and we believe he needs a canine companion to live his best life.

Bo is active and loves going for walks, running around a fenced yard, playing with toys, and playing with other dogs. He’s fast when he wants to be and his legs may be spring-loaded given how much he can jump! He also loved belly rubs, snacks, snuggles, and blankets. In return for receiving all of these things he will provide lots of kisses and he’ll even throw in floor cleaning services anywhere there might be crumbs for free.

Bo’s ideal home would include humans that are not small children, no cats, and a stable dog (or two) to show Bo the best doggie etiquette and manners. Bo knows sit, shake, down already. He is also used to going potty outside or on a pad, and he does very well on a leash which works out well since he really enjoys his walks!

Do you think you might be a perfect happy ending for Bo? If this little guy would be the perfect fit in your home please apply today.

Bo's adoption fee is $500! This adoption fee includes: his alter, a microchip, his rabies, bordetella, and age appropriate DAPP vaccines, flea/heartworm preventative, and a deworming treatment while in foster care.

If you think he may be perfect for you, please apply using the link below!

https://www.cognitoforms.com/NorthPawRescue/NorthPawRescueAdoptionApplication

**Unfortunately, we cannot adopt out to Canada at this time.

**We require a 60 minute adoption radius. This dog is currently being fostered in Brockport, NY.
