Hi there, I’m Blue! I am a very good boy, even though my start to life wasn’t all that great. I was dumped in the country you see; when a kind Samaritan found me I was emaciated, my poor little body looked like a walking skeleton (see my before pics). I was running around a field with my 4 siblings, looking for food when she found us. We hopped right into her car and made the journey to ARFhouse.<br/><br/>And look at me now! I am happy, healthy and ready for my forever home. I am a super sweet Rhodesian Ridgeback mix; approximately 10-12 months old, and I weigh 43 lbs. It’s possible I’m not finished growing, but I will likely not be any larger than 50 Lbs. I am the silliest boy in the world; I LOVE other dogs, love to run, play and get in the water! I walk well on a leash and will sit for food. I might need a little training not to jump up on you, I just get so excited! But I am quick as a whip and will learn quickly. I would love an active family with another dog to go on long walks, take trips to the park, and go on all kinds of adventures together. I have every reason to have people, but I can’t get enough and I promise to love you forever if you give me a chance. <br/><br/>The fee to adopt Blue is $200.00; this includes spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations, heartworm test, a microchip, and all of our dogs are up-to-date on heartworm, flea and tick prevention.
