Blue is a 5 year old, 180-lb Caucasian Shepherd mix with a heart just as big as his paws. This gentle giant may look intimidating at first glance, but don’t let the bark fool you—Blu is all love (and maybe a little drool). He takes his self-appointed role as neighborhood watchdog seriously, making sure you're always the first to know when something’s amiss. But once he knows you're a friend, he’s quick to offer a warm, slobbery welcome. Blue is bonded with his littermate Lucy and we would love to see them adopted together. <br/><br/>Blu loves snacks a lot—maybe a little too much—and could stand to shed a few pounds with the help of a patient, loving home. If you’re looking for a loyal companion who doubles as a cuddle buddy and part-time security system, Blu is your guy.<br/><br/>Approved applications will be contacted to make an appointment for a 'meet and greet'.
