Blue's Story
Blue 9 Months Old | 89 lbs | Cane Corso Puppy
Blue is a stunning 9-month-old, 89-pound Cane Corso puppy who is growing into everything this incredible breed is known for—loyalty, intelligence, protectiveness, and deep devotion to his people.
True to the Cane Corso temperament, he’s playful, affectionate, and surprisingly goofy for such a big guy. Around kids, he’s sweet and eager to interact, but at his size and age he’s still learning how to manage his enthusiasm. He will absolutely need continued formal training to help him channel his excitement and development.. So Blue can become a calm and well mannered boy.
Blue has already started some foundational training and is proving to be smart and willing to learn. With consistency and clear leadership, he has the potential to become an incredibly well-mannered and devoted companion.
He does well with other dogs and enjoys canine company, though he can be a bit pushy and overly enthusiastic in play. Ongoing socialization and structured interactions will help him develop more polite dog-to-dog manners.
Like many Corsos, Blue can be cautious around unfamiliar men at first. He may need slow introductions and continued exposure to build confidence in new situations. Once he feels secure, his affectionate and loyal personality comes through.
One of Blue’s favorite activities? Hiking! He loves being outdoors and would thrive with an active family who enjoys adventures and can provide both mental and physical stimulation. Be careful with not over exercising him while his growth plates close in order to help this larger breed’s hips.
Blue will do best with an experienced, confident owner who understands large guardian breeds and is committed to continued training and socialization.
