Blue

Meet our BIG BOY BLUE! Blue is around 5yrs old and comes in at whopping 95lbs. We believe he may be a Blue Gascon because of size, but he could also just be a big ole bluetick. Blue loves to be with his family. He will follow you around the house just to know you are near by. Blue is very affectionate too. Blue can be a little shy at first, but once he knows your his people, he's all about the cuddles and quality time. Blue would do well in a home with other dogs (as long as they don't steal his toys), but he would also be content just being with his people. Blue will need a home with a securely fenced yard, but that is a small request for such a great boy! Blue is also house trained and knows some commands (he is still working on sit because who wants to just sit unless it is with his people). Contact HoundSong if you want to learn even more about this big cuddle bug!

Adoption Fee: $300
Complete the HoundSong Rescue adoption application: https://houndsong.com/adoptapp.php
No meet and greets will be scheduled without the completion and approval of an adoption application. All our dogs live in foster homes, so a meet and greet will have to be scheduled with the foster family.

HoundSong Rescue dogs are vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. HoundSong Rescue also offers Fi Collars for an additional $100 fee. Fi Collars are GPS collars with many other features we find valuable when owning a hound. Our amazing adoption coordinators will happily answer any questions you have in regards to the Fi Collar and the dog you are interested in adopting.

Pet Friendly Services of Indiana provides grant funding, in the form of free discount coupons, to help shelters and rescue groups spay/neuter cats and dogs in our care through the Pet Friendly Plate Program.
