Hi, I’m Blue! I’m a 1-year-old male Catahoula Leopard Dog weighing about 28 pounds, and I’m a gentle, tender-hearted boy who’s learning more every day that the world can be a safe and happy place. I was rescued from a high-kill shelter in Mississippi after running out of time simply due to lack of space—but thankfully, I got my second chance. Now I’m safe and being fostered in Adrian, Michigan while I wait for my forever family.<br/><br/>My foster mom says I’m the sweetest little guy. I love being outside, especially playing with my foster brothers, and I’ve got great house manners—no accidents for me! I’m also a big fan of toys and will happily carry them around like little treasures. I’m still building confidence and learning to trust new people, but I’m trying my best and getting braver every single day. I do wonderfully with other dogs and have been great with kids, too.<br/><br/>I’m looking for a patient, loving home that will continue to help me grow into the confident, happy dog I’m meant to be.
