Blue is a 5 year old blue heeler cattle dog with a very sweet personality. He loves people and is very eager to please! He is very motivated by treats and is extremely gentle when taking them from our hands. Blue would best be described as a velcro-dog as he forms strong attachments to his caregivers and wants to be close to them. He is house trained and rides well in a car. Due to his strong herding instinct, he would do best in a home without cats or young children, and he does not care for the company of other dogs. He is neutered and up to date on vaccinations.<br/><br/>To meet Blue, please stop by the shelter any day of the week between 10am and 2pm. If you're not able to adopt but would like to spend time with him, please consider taking him out for a few hours or even a day or two. He would love to join you on your next adventure!
