Hi, my name is Blu,<br/>I am a two and a half year old blue pitbull with the most creative name you've ever seen! I am a soulful, but still playful large sized dog that was surrendered to the shelter in late January by a family member after my owner passed away and I was heavily pregnant. Just a few short days after the life I had known ended, I birthed ten puppies into a loud, cold, and scary kennel. My friends here helped me immensely in the birth, raising, and then adopting of all ten of my puppies, and now it is finally my turn to find my forever. I am still young so I do enjoy fetching a ball or two, and I have played with other dogs here, but I can play a little rough for some dogs. If you already have canines in your home, please be sure to bring them by so we can be sure we do play like the best of pals! I have been here for a few months now already, but my friends here do consider me potty trained, just please be sure to be graceful with me (and any other pup going home) within the first few weeks of adoption.
