Blossom is a 4-year-old female Golden Retriever, 55 pound beauty who’s as sweet as honey and just beginning to bloom. True to her name, she’s all about fresh starts and gentle growth. ➡️ Adoption Application: https://frrescue.knack.com/db#adopter-application/ Blossom has a loving, easygoing nature and a playful side—she especially enjoys balls and squeaky toys. She’s very food motivated (and a bit of a voracious eater!), which makes her both fun and eager to please. She gets along well with other dogs and has lived with young children. On walks, she’s easy on the leash but needs a refresher on walking in a straight line, which keeps things interesting! As she recovers from her recent spay, her fosters are easing her into short walks to build her strength—go too far, and she may need to be plucked for a “ride” home. Blossom is still decompressing, but she’s already showing what an affectionate, resilient and joyful gal she is. Once your application is received, it will be reviewed and you may be contacted to arrange a home visit. In keeping with our application process, there are no prearranged meet and greets with a dog until all adoption steps are complete and a match has been made. We adhere to this policy because we strive to ensure adoption success between dogs and their new family.
