Hi, I'm Blooper! I was confiscated from a cruelty situation with my sister Smooch when we were 10 months old and she has already found her forever home. I am a jumpy bouncy boy who will benefit from a home with structure that can help me maintain my manners I've worked so hard on learning. Although I have some prey drive on walks, I did do well meeting a cat when on a Bow-Wow-Breakout with a foster! I have also done well at patios and events with other doggy friends. <br/><br/>Sounds like a good fit?
