BLIZZARD's Story
Hi! My name is Blizzard and I am available for adoption! I came in with my buddy Blaze(A750120) and we're great friends. Not much is known about me, however, as no one came forward to claim me. What I can tell you is that I am still a husky full of energy and a love for life! I love a good brushing, and I am great at doing my own thing. I love adventure, and I cannot wait to meet you! I seem to get along well with other dogs here at the shelter. When meeting new doggy-friends, it is best to do a slow introduction on neutral territory. You can visit me at the Pet Adoption Center on weekdays from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The Pet Adoption Center is located at 21615 64th Ave S, Kent, WA 98032. Come and visit me today, I'd love to go home with you! A note from our vet... Your new pet received a basic physical exam, in addition to routine vaccines, deworming, and topical flea preventative, if indicated. Although your new pet is ready for adoption, there is always a possibility of additional medical conditions that have not been detected or may develop in the future. Current medical conditions are noted below. 1) A few masses were removed from his eyelids. The eyelids have healed well. The masses are suspected to be benign. 2) A larger mass was removed from the anus. The mass was benign and is not expected to regrow, however the dog may be prone to developing new masses. 3) The right testicle was cryptorchid (in the abdomen) and was found to be neoplastic but also likely benign. No treatment is needed. A histopathology report is attached to share with your veterinarian. Additional care for these conditions may be needed after adoption. Please follow up with your regular veterinarian.
