Blitz's Story
Blitz is a young boy, about 20 months old, who came into rescue with a broken leg. His leg required surgery, and he is recovering well. He has had water therapy to strengthen his shoulder and leg muscles and now loves to go on walks. He is due for a check up with his orthopedist soon and if all is as expected, he will be ready for adoption. Blitz has a typical puppy personality, meaning he has lots of energy! He runs around, tires himself out and then collapses in his bed for a nap. He gets along well with other dogs, both big and small. He will probably do best in a home without young children. Until his leg is completely healed he should not be allowed to jump off of anything. <br/><br/>Blitz is being fostered in Delray Beach, but can be adopted anywhere in the state of Florida.
