BLAZE's Story

Meet Blaze! During his time here at the shelter, he has shown himself to be an excitable, playful lovebug with lots of energy and kisses to go around. He absolutely loves toys and loves affection even more. He is one of the biggest cuddlebugs around! When he gets excited or frustrated, he can sometimes get jumpy or mouthy, and he is getting extra support from staff and volunteers to help him with this while living at the shelter. Toys are a great outlet for him, and he has made great strides already. If Blaze sounds like the companion for you, come meet him today! Due to being a Diamond Dog, Blaze is required to meet all family members in the home. He is required to go to a home with adults only! Due to being a pushy guy with other dogs, he is required to have a dog intro. He is also required to go to a home with a fenced in yard. Blaze is a Diamond Dog and will be shown by appointment, or walk ins depending on staff availability. Diamond Dogs are dogs that are currently receiving special training from staff and volunteers through our behavior modification program. If you are interested in learning more about this animal, please fill out an application by clicking here . Be sure to include Blaze A1606063 when filling out the survey.
