Well, hello there! My name is Black Goose; I am a handsome Labradoodle weighing at 27 lbs at 5 months old. I was an unclaimed stray from a rural VA shelter, When I first meet you, I can be shy but with a few treats, a soft voice and slow movements I can warm up as that lets me know you are a nice human. I love to play with other dogs, and I do have typical puppy energy! My foster Mom says I have wonderful potential as I am young and just full of life ready for a furever home. I would do best with another dog that is medium to large in size that can play! I do also need someone to spend time with me and provide love and guidance. I am also learning about house manners since I arrived at this rescue. We do not adopt outside of 3-hour drive of Richmond, VA adoption fee is $350.00+ depending on the size of the dog. This includes spay or neuter, shots, heart worm test and microchip. We rescue for life so you must agree that if for any reason you cannot keep or care for the dog you will return her to our rescue.
