Your fee covers the significant costs of bringing them to safety. Your adoption fee covers: spay/neuter (if old enough), transport fees getting the dogs from Texas to our fosters homes here (that ALONE is $200-$230 per dog), core vaccines, heartworm test (If old enough), deworming, and microchip. <br/><br/>We partner with VCA Animal Hospitals. With every adoption comes a complimentary First Exam at any participating VCA location within the first 14 days of adoption. Follow-up Care Coverage: VCA provides limited health guarantee coverage (up to $250) for specific minor illnesses (like kennel cough or ear infections) diagnosed during that initial 14-day window.<br/> <br/>We do not guarantee the breed of any of our dogs or how big they will be when they are fully grown. The breed listed is typically a guess based off of appearance or personality traits. We cannot guarantee that any dog is not mixed with pit. This is a standard part of adopting a dog from rescue. <br/><br/>We do not have a foster to adopt program nor can we allow adoption trials. Our insurance does not allow it. If you're are interested in fostering there is a separate foster application, but you would only be able to foster dogs that are not currently in a foster home.
