Birdie seems to have decided that being happy is simply her full-time job.<br/><br/>At 4 to 5 years old and 40 pounds, Birdie is a cheerful, people-loving pup who has never met a stranger. Every day is the best day ever in Birdie's world, and she's determined to share that enthusiasm with everyone she meets.<br/><br/>Even though she's only been with us for a short time, Birdie has already become a staff and volunteer favorite. It's easy to see why. She's friendly, affectionate, and always excited to be part of whatever is going on. Going for a walk? Birdie's in. Hanging out on the couch? Birdie's in. Running errands? If she had a vote, Birdie would be in for that too.<br/><br/>Birdie is dog friendly and loves being around people. She's sweet, fun, and full of personality. Sometimes her excitement gets the better of her and she can be a little rowdy, but she's eager to learn and responds well to guidance.
