Birch was said to have been found on a County Road near the Albany airport. It's possible that he was in Meigs County. Birch appears to be friendly, fun-loving and energetic. He currently weighs 44 pounds. Birch has been neutered and is up to date on shots. Meeting dogs is by appointment only. Please call the shelter (740/593-5415) to make an appointment.
