Bingo

Please read entire description!! <br/>This is Bingo. He's a 7 month old chihuahua/shi tzu mix. Bingo loves kids and gets along with other dogs just fine - a little too we'll actually. He does chase cats. Bingo is crate trained and is still working on house breaking - like many little Dogs, he does potty inside sometimes. His previous owner said he used puppy pads, but would sometimes chew them up. <br/>Bingo is kind of a scaredy cat and is nervous around new people and things, this means that sometimes he barks and "screams" when new people are around. However, he warmed up quickly in his foster home and after just a few days he was perfectly comfortable. <br/><br/>After spending some time in his foster home it has been determined that Bingo would be best in a home as an only pet. He loves other dogs but he fixates on them and won't leave them alone. Occasional play dates would work better for him than a permanent doggie roomie. <br/>Bingo needs a home with someone that understands his quirks and will work on socializing him and will teach him that not everything in the world is scary. He is an active pup, so ideally his owner would be someone that likes to go for walks and can take him with them. <br/>Also, he is still a puppy and does like to pick up small objects to carry around with him and chew, so his new owner should be someone that keeps a tidy house to ensure that he doesn't ingest anything that might hurt him. <br/>If you think that your home might be a good fit for Bingo and you are interested in adopting him, please fill out an adoption application at www.rhar.org.
