Bingo's Story
Meet Bingo
AKA: Go-Go, The Beautiful Brindle, Head of Neighborhood Security

Vibe Check:
Part gazelle. Part supermodel. Part camp counselor. Part REI employee of the month. All heart.

Fun Fact:
If "Beautiful Silky Brindle" were an official breed, Bingo would be the breed standard. She's sleek, athletic, and can launch into zoomies at speeds that have scientists asking questions.

Rescue: Albert's Dog Lounge
Breed: Certified Mutt Extraordinaire
Age: 4 years old
Weight: 40 pounds of pure athletic elegance
Fostered in: Johnson Creek, Wisconsin

From Island Girl to Midwest Sweetheart

Bingo's story began on the sunny shores of Isla Mujeres, Mexico, where she was rescued and eventually found a loving family in 2023. Life has brought some changes since then, but this beautiful girl has never lost her joyful spirit or her zest for adventure.

Personality: Golden Retriever Energy Wrapped in Brindle Silk

Bingo is affectionate, curious, playful, loyal, adventurous, and just the right amount of silly. She's happiest when she's doing something with her people, whether that's hiking through crunchy fall leaves, playing frisbee, riding shotgun with her ears flapping in the breeze, or simply stretching out in a sunny patch on the floor.

She's respectful in the house, easy to live with, and has mastered one of life's greatest skills: knowing when it's time to play and when it's time to nap by the fireplace.

Professional Qualifications

Every good dog needs a purpose, and Bingo takes her responsibilities very seriously.

Official Position: Director of Neighborhood Security

Duties include:

Alerting the household when UPS, FedEx, or the mail carrier attempt unauthorized entry.
Monitoring suspicious dog-walking activity in front of the house.
Keeping neighborhood cats from conducting unsanctioned perimeter inspections.
Looking gorgeous while doing all of the above.

Someone has to maintain standards around here.

A Social Butterfly... On Her Own Schedule

When meeting new people, Bingo prefers a proper introduction. She may announce herself with a few barks and observe you from a safe distance before deciding you're acceptable.

Then, seemingly out of nowhere, you'll feel a gentle nudge against your arm. Congratulations. You have been selected for pets.

Bingo can be cautious around men and may take several days, or even a week to fully trust the gentlemen in her life. Food offerings, patience, and respecting her pace go a long way. Once you've earned her trust, however, you're in the club for life.

And trust us: membership has its privileges.

House Manners? Impeccable.

Bingo has free run of the house while her foster family is away, and she treats the place like a guest at a fancy Airbnb.

No destruction. No messes. No drama.

She's fully house-trained, uses the doggy door like a pro, and although she's crate trained, she has proven herself trustworthy enough to enjoy her freedom responsibly.

She can sleep in her own bed under a cozy blanket or upgrade herself to the human bed if invited. She doesn't snore, doesn't shed much, and possesses enviable personal hygiene.

Frankly, she's making the rest of us look bad.

Favorite Things
Playing chase and wrestling with dog friends
Cats (yes, really)
Kids
Fetch and frisbee
Hiking and trail adventures
Tent camping
Car rides with her head out the window
Digging holes because archaeology is important
Gnawing on bones
Sunbathing
Napping in front of the fire
Treats (accepted politely, thank you very much)

Signature Move

Barking at you when she first meets you, then returning ten minutes later to politely request affection with a little nudge of her nose. Because she likes to say hello on her own terms.

Fashion Sense

A simple bandana. Red, preferably. True beauty doesn't need accessories.

Walk-Out Song

"We're Going To Be Friends" by The White Stripes.

And honestly? That feels less like a song and more like a promise.

Favorite Season

Fall. The leaves are crunchy. The air is crisp. The hiking is spectacular. And life is good.

Bucket List

Find a human worthy of her devotion.

Become your jogging partner.

Go tent camping under the stars.

Spend the rest of her days making memories and taking questionable numbers of sticks home from the woods.

Bingo is that rare combination of athlete, cuddle buddy, loyal friend, and respectful roommate. She'll make you laugh, keep you active, and remind you every day that trust is something beautiful when it's earned.

If you're looking for a dog who will be your hiking buddy, your co-pilot, your campfire companion, and your very best friend, then pack your boots.

The Beautiful Brindle is ready for her next adventure.

Spayed
Microchipped
Housebroken
Excellent off-leash recall
Roams freely when home alone
Crate trained (but doesn't need one)
Knows all basic commands
Takes treats gently
Uses a harness for leash walking
Excellent in car
UTD on vaccinations
UTD on preventatives

Albert's Dog Lounge is a specialty rescue focusing primarily on senior and special needs dogs.

Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a homevisit, and then a meet and greet with the dog.
