BINDI's Story

Contact my foster at regeorge58@yahoo.com Bindi here, an affectionate young girl eagerly searching for my forever home! The ideal family would be moderately active so I could burn off some puppy energy with lots of exercise and walks, hopefully in a home with a fenced yard so I could play and take all the bathroom breaks I want. After a workout, I am ready to snuggle up with anyone who needs some puppy love. I love making new friends, whether they are human or not, but sometimes I get a little too excited for my own good. Currently, I have a foster dad and 2.5 feline siblings that I adore, and annoy, until they let me know they need a break. There are no kids or dogs in my current home, but foster dad lets me greet other neighborhood pups briefly, before I get to know them better. I am trying real hard to learn new things every day. Without bragging too much, I: 1) take care of all my business outside, as long as I get potty breaks before and after meals; 2) quickly go to my crate for a treat, and stay there quietly when foster dad leaves the house for a few hours; and 3) sit and stay for my food, which is real tough since I LOVE to eat. To sum it up, here here just a few of the reasons, I would be a wonderful addition to your family: Elegant camel hair coat, with white vest and boots Devoted velcro companion, to the point of being a tripping hazard sometimes Housebroken and crate-trained overnight and when my work-at-home dad leaves the house for a few hours Human, cat and dog friendly, WITH CONTROLLED INTRODUCTIONS Energetic walking and workout buddy, fully healed from leg fracture when I entered the shelter; leash training is a work in progress Non-destructive when left alone briefly, since I am fixated on destroying everything in my toy basket Food lover, who waits patiently for meals and takes treats very gently
