Meet the mysterious Billy Willy. Billy first came to us, scared and incredibly skinny. He had clearly been wandering the woods for a long time before being brought to us as a stray. Billy was incredibly distrustful of us, clearly showing signs of trauma and fear. We at CASA have worked really hard at helping him gain weight and building his confidence. Billy still has a long way to go but with the right patient owner, we know he will thrive. He truly isn't your average chihuahua, Billy is going to take a lot of effort and patience but gaining his love will be worth it. Due to his fear, Billy Willy doesn't enjoy being picked up and does not like unpredictability. He will need a home with no children, but he would do fine with cats and like-sized dogs. We do always require a meet and greet with any resident dogs to ensure a perfect fit.
