I spent over 100 days waiting in a Southern California shelter, watching other dogs leave while I wondered when it would be my turn. I made lots of friends during that time. Both people and dogs. Everyone knew me as the fun, social guy who just wanted to be part of the action.<br/><br/>Then one day, I thought my dream had finally come true.<br/><br/>I was adopted.<br/><br/>But after just 24 hours, I was returned because I was so excited to be in a home that my enthusiasm was mistaken for "too much."<br/><br/>Can you imagine waiting all that time... only to lose your family after one day?<br/><br/>Thankfully, my story didn't end there. A rescue stepped in and promised me another chance.<br/><br/>Now I'm looking for the people who will understand that my excitement isn't a flaw. It's just my heart overflowing.<br/><br/>I love going for walks, exploring new places, and spending time with my people. Whether we're out on an adventure or relaxing together after a busy day, I'm happiest when I'm by your side.<br/><br/>Treats are one of my favorite things, and I'm quite the gentleman about them. I'll sit politely, take them gently from your hand (no fingers ever harmed!), and happily show off my good manners.<br/><br/>I get along well with other dogs, genuinely enjoy meeting new people, and have the kind of joyful personality that makes strangers smile.<br/><br/>My unique looks make me unforgettable, but it's my heart that will win you over.<br/><br/>I've waited long enough.<br/><br/>This time, I'm hoping for a family that sees my excitement for what it really is...<br/><br/>A dog who's simply thrilled to be loved.<br/><br/>Could that family be yours?
